Dr. James L Chen is a Board Certified Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques for the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and ankle. His practice includes general orthopaedic injuries, fractures, and joint replacement. He has expertise in anatomic ACL reconstruction, meniscus surgery, rotator cuff repair and shoulder instability.

Patrick McGahan MD

Dr. Patrick J McGahan is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. His elective practice consists of arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, knee replacement, shoulder replacement, and reverse shoulder replacement. He also specializes in the treatment of traumatic injuries such as proximal humerus, clavicle, wrist, ankle, hand, and pediatric fractures.

About Dr. MCGAHAN

Ajith Malige MD

Dr. Malige is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who completed his fellowship at the renowned Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. He has extensive training and experience in hip arthroscopy, anatomic ACL reconstructions using multiple graft types, meniscal surgery, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability surgery, shoulder arthroplasty, and throwing elbow injuries. He also specializes in superior capsular reconstruction, knee multi-ligament reconstruction, syndesmotic injuries, and other surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle.

Chase Ruano PA

Chase Ruano graduated from the University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Before PA school, he worked as an EMT and an ED technician in Seattle. His passion for orthopedics and sports medicine comes from his athletic background as a second degree black belt in martial arts, defensive back in football, track & field sprinter, and snowboarding enthusiast. Chase is committed to assisting the Bay Area community and becoming a part of each patient's success success story.
